14-Day Return and Exchange Policy for LOTIV
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help with both returns and exchanges.
Return and Exchange Policy
- Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange for STORE CREDIT ONLY. In our opinion this is the best option anyways because you can just use that money to treat yourself again!
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Final sale items, including sale and clearance items, are not eligible for return or exchange.
- We will not accept returns or exchanges if there is makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, animal hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted.
- How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our Customer Service team at lotivboutique@gmail.com
- Provide your order number and specify whether you wish to return or exchange the item(s). If you are able, a reasoning why would also be beneficial so that we can use customer feedback to better your shopping experience.
- Return Shipping
- Once your request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label for returns.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
- Attach the return label and drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
- Exchanges
- To exchange an item, follow the same process as a return and specify the item you wish to receive in exchange.
- If the exchange item is available, we will process and ship it to you at no additional cost.
- If it is not an even exchange, customers will be expected to pay the difference.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Gift cards, custom-made items, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return Costs
- If the return or exchange is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns and exchanges, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

Purchases excluding final sale can be returned for a store credit only. Styles returned are subject to rejection if they do not satisfy the following requirements:
- The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached
- The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
- Bodysuits, Intimates and Swimwear are Final Sale
- The item does not have any odor (including deodorant, perfume, body odor or washing powder)
- Earrings and Underwear Accessories cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons)
- A receipt and proof of purchase is available
LOTIV reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by LOTIV.
